Lynn Bishop is Certified as a Specialist in Social Security Disability Law by the North Carolina State Board of Legal Specialization. She is a graduate of Rice University (B.A., 1972) and Duke Law School (J.D., 1975). She's a member of the Workers' Compensation and Disability Advocacy sections of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, and a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. She was selected by the State of North Carolina to represent the State in a lawsuit against the Social Security Administration to force improvements in the way Social Security handles disability claims, and has been helping people with workers' compensation, disability and Social Security claims since 1975.

SFC (ret.) R.Michael Estes is a paralegal with over 30 years experience. Michael's military career culminated as him serving as the non-commissioned officer in charge of the JAG office at Fort Riley, Kansas. He served for twenty years in the United States Army JAG Corps, earning the Army Meritorious Service Medal, five Commendation Medals, five Achievement Medals and numerous other awards and commendations. After retiring from the Army, he served as Clerk of Court for the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. He has assisted attorneys in the private practice of law since 1996.
